A Ring Group is a collective unit of phone numbers within the call handling and forwarding settings of a user extension that rings simultaneously. A ring group enables you to configure two or more devices or numbers to ring simultaneously for the same duration. Ring groups can be created for working and non-working hours. Within the ring group, you can ring in order or ring all together. Additionally, you can deactivate the ring group when it is not needed.
