Downloading Company Number reports

About this task

This procedure outlines the steps to download the company number reports. The company number provides an overview of all inbound, answered, and missed calls, including voicemail and also presents the average handle time the user spends on calls on a company number. The handle time includes live talk time plus time on hold.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Reports > Analytics > Company Numbers.
  3. In the Numbers tab, you can customize the following sections to filter the report according to Company Numbers, Call Length, and Site Calls:
  • KPIs section: Customizes the metrics displayed on the Trend section through tabs.

  • Trend section: Displays a graphical presentation of the selected data from the KPIs section. This section displays hourly data.

  • Company Numbers section: Displays a report with data on the company number, inbound, answered, and missed calls, average handle time, holds, and average hold time.

  1. In the Calls tab, you can search calls, and filter by Company Numbers and Call Length. The search result displays the following information:
  • Number of the caller

  • Called numbers

  • Result of the call

  • Length of the call

  • Handle time

  • Start time of the call

  • Direction of the call

  • Number of queues the call went through

  • Session map

  1. Click Save icon at the top-right corner of the page and assign a name to save the report.
  2. Click Download icon to download the report as Excel file and CSV file.
