Shared lines

The Shared Lines feature enables incoming calls to be efficiently distributed within a specific group. It also enables calls made to one phone number to be answered by up to 16 phones within a designated group. The answered calls can be transferred to other phones sharing the same phone number. The call can be placed on hold and then picked up from another phone. This feature is used to reach a person on multiple phones without requiring call transfers.
