Avaya Cloud Office Service Web overview

Avaya Cloud Office Service Web is a browser-based management interface that serves as an administration hub for Avaya Cloud Office™. It consists of two interrelated components for performing administrative tasks: the self-administration portal named My Extension and Admin Portal.

My Extension

My Extension is a self-administration portal that all Avaya Cloud Office™ users can access to manage their extensions. On My Extension, users can configure user settings and permissions, manage devices and phone numbers, modify call handling settings, and set emergency response locations.

Admin Portal

Admin Portal is for setting up, configuring, and managing Avaya Cloud Office™. On Admin Portal, administrators and users with administration permissions can manage users and extensions, acquire new phone numbers and phones to assign them to users, create groups, configure the Auto-Receptionist, get usage and performance reports, and manage operating costs of the service.
