As an administrator, you can use Admin Portal to manage Avaya Cloud Office™ users. In Avaya Cloud Office™, each user is assigned a unique extension number. You manage users by managing their extensions.
On the Users tab, you can view the users with extensions, add new users with or without phones, configure their extension settings, upgrade or downgrade their licenses, and disable or permanently delete users. You can customize the columns on the Users with Extensions list, filter the list, and download it in .xlsx format.
From the User Groups subtab, you can create user groups and assign managers to these groups. Group managers can modify group settings and monitor the call logs of group members.
