After you add the group and the paging feature is active, configure the paging-related settings.
Procedure
Expand Paging.
Click Devices that receive pages for this group > Add device to group.
A pop-up window is displayed to add a device to the group with multiple device options.
Select the type of device to add, and click Continue.
From the list of available devices, select the required devices and click Add to add them to your group. The selected devices or phones have the auto-answer in speaker mode feature.
Click the Members allowed to page this group tab, and select or search for the users to add. The added members can page this group. There is no limit to the number of users permitted to use this feature.
