Adding a company site

About this task

Enable the Multi-site feature and add new sites to your company account to manage multiple company locations with a single Avaya Cloud Office™ account. You can then move your existing users, phone numbers, and phones between your sites or add new ones to your newly created sites.

Important:

The Multi-site feature is only available on Premium and Ultimate subscription plans.

Procedure

  1. From the Admin Portal homepage, click More > Account Settings > Multi-Site Settings.
  2. Toggle on the Enable account support for multiple sites switch.
  3. Click Phone System > Company Info.
  4. At the top corner, click New Site.

    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the New Site window.

  5. On the Site Info tab, in the Site Name field, enter a name for the site.
  6. Optional To change the extension number automatically assigned for the site, in the Site Extension field, edit the number.
  7. From the Site Address list, select an already saved address or click New to create a new address entry.
  8. Optional To copy the business hours and regional settings of an existing site:
    1. Under Copy Settings from, click Select Site.
    2. On the Select Site window, select the site to copy the settings from.
    3. Click Copy.
  9. If cost centers are enabled on your company account, from the Cost Center Code list, select a cost center.
  10. Click Next.
  11. On the Site Settings tab, configure the regional settings and the business hours and click Next.
  12. Optional On the Number(s) tab, assign new or existing phone numbers to the site and click Next.
  13. Optional To set a caller ID name different from the one set for the main site, on the Caller ID Name tab, select Use a custom caller ID name and type an outbound caller ID name in the blank field.
  14. Click Next.
  15. To determine where Avaya Cloud Office™ routes the callers when they call this site, on the Site Call Handling tab, select an extension type.

    For example, to direct callers to a message-only extension, you must select Voicemail.

  16. Next to the extension type you selected, select an existing extension of that type or create a new one.

    On the New Site window, you can only create new extensions for the IVR menu, Voicemail, and Announcement options.

  17. Click Next.
  18. Click Done.
