The Delegated lines feature in the Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App enables administrators to assign delegates as assistants to make calls on behalf of the executives or transfer calls to the designated users. The requirements to perform this function are the following:

• The assistant and the executive have the Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App installed.

• The account has the Presence, Conference, and HUD services enabled for the assistant and the executive.
