A ring group enables you to configure two or more devices or numbers to ring simultaneously for the same duration.
Procedure
Click Users > User List > Users with Extensions.
Click the name of the user whose custom rule you want to set up.
You can search for the user in the Search field.
From the Phone drop-down, select Incoming call rules.
Under Incoming call rules, My work day section, click Work hours to expand.
Scroll to Ring settings.
In the Ring settings window, click to the far right of How do you want your devices to ring?, Ring all together or Ring in order.
When Ring all together is selected, all devices ring together. You can adjust the ring durations of each device individually.
When Ring in order is selected, your devices will ring in sequential order. Drag and drop to change the ring order. Tap to change ring durations by device.
Click Ring groups.
Select the boxes next to the names of the members you want to add to your ring group, then click Group.
