Changing a user's role

About this task

Change a user's role to revoke the previously assigned role and assign a new role to this user.

Procedure

  1. From the Admin Portal homepage, navigate to Users > User List > Users with Extensions.
  2. Click the user to change the role.
  3. Click User Details > Settings & Permissions.
  4. In the Roles section, click Edit.
  5. On the Roles window, select a new role for the user.
  6. Click Save.
