Assigning a role to a user

About this task

Assign a role to a user to provide them with a set of permissions.

Procedure

  1. From the Admin Portal homepage, navigate to Users > Roles.
  2. Click the role to assign.

    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the Overview page for the selected role.

  3. Click Assigned Users > Assign User.

    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the Assign users to role window with a list of users to whom you can assign this role.

  4. From the list, select the user to assign the role.

    You can use the Search bar to find the required user.

  5. Click Assign.
