Configuring call flips

About this task

Call flip enables users to transfer a live call from one phone to another without interruption by pressing an assigned number.

Before you begin

Before using call flip, you have to add the phone numbers to transfer the calls.

Procedure

  1. Click Users > User List > Users with Extensions.
  2. Click the name of the user who requires a call flip.

    You can search for the user in the Search field.

  3. From the Phone drop-down, select Call flip.
  4. In the Call flip window, you can do the following:
    • Change the flip number order: Drag and drop the phone numbers into your preferred order.

    • Unlink a number: Click Unlink in any listing to remove that number from the list.

  5. Click Save.
