You can use various options to log in to Admin Portal. You can use your email or your Avaya Cloud Office™ phone number. You can log in with your Google credentials or use the Single Sign-on option. However, Google credential login and Single Sign-on options require prior setup.

After you log in to Admin Portal, you can switch between Admin Portal and My Extension from the top-right corner of the page.
