Creating a widget

About this task

The widget in Avaya Cloud Office workspace helps the user to perform a function or access a service. The user can configure these widgets for the tasks and generate the required reports.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Analytics & Logs > Analytics.
  3. Click Business Analytics.
  4. Click Add Widget to create a new widget and select from the following:
    • Table

    • KPIs

    • Meetings

    • Call Records

    • Graph

  5. Click Cancel to discard the widget.
