Removing access permissions from users

About this task

You can view the users assigned to a specific role and recall this role from selected users to revoke the set of permissions granted with this role. When you recall a role from a user, Avaya Cloud Office Service Web automatically assigns this user to the default role. The Standard (International) role is the default role.

Procedure

  1. From the Admin Portal homepage, navigate to Users > Roles.
  2. Click the role to manage.

    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the Overview page for the selected role.

  3. Click Assigned Users.
  4. Next to the user to remove, click Remove.
  5. Optional To remove multiple users, select the check boxes of the users and click Remove.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web recalls the role of the user.
