Adding an emergency response location

About this task

Add emergency response locations for your company locations so that first responders receive the address information for emergency calls made from your company locations.

Procedure

  1. On the main page, click Phone System > Emergency Calling > Company Emergency Response Locations.
  2. Click Add.

    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the Add Emergency Response Location window.

  3. In the Nickname field, type a name for the location.
  4. If the Multi-site feature is enabled, from the Site list, select the company site.
  5. Under Emergency Address, click Edit.

    Avaya Cloud Office™ displays the Edit Address window.

  6. Optional To use an address already saved on Avaya Cloud Office™, from the Copy Address Values from list, select the address.
  7. To enter a new address, complete the following fields:
    • Customer Name

      You can type your name in this field to let others know that you added this particular emergency response location.

    • Country

    • Street Address

    • Additional Address (Optional)

      You can use this field to provide more detailed address information.

    • City

    • State/Province

    • Zip Code

  8. Click Done.
  9. Click Add.
