Viewing Adoption and Usage reports

About this task

The Adoption and Usage Reports provide insight into the usage level, preferences, and patterns of an organization. This procedure outlines the steps to view the adoption and usage reports for the selected period. This report also helps implement initiatives to improve adoption and track impact.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Reports > Analytics > Adoption & Usage.
  3. Click Calendar icon or Yesterday label to select the date range to assess the usage pattern of the organization.
  4. Click Done.
  5. Click the Overview tab to view a grouped view of active users, product usage, trends, frequency, and adoption patterns across departments.
  6. Click the Message tab to view key metrics for KPIs, active users, usage patterns by activity and team, frequency, and active user trends for messaging.
  7. Click the Video tab to view the key metrics for KPIs, active users, usage patterns by host and participants, active user trends, frequency, and user list for video products.
  8. Click the Phone tab to view key metrics for KPIs, active users, usage patterns by frequency, active user trends, and the user list for phone products.
