Call Parking

Call Parking is a feature that enables users in the same call park group to park a call in a shared park location so another authorized user can retrieve it later from a different device.

Administrators can create private call park locations that is visible to members of the same group. The call park locations are not tied to individuals allowing flexibility in retrieval. Each park location can be assigned to a group specifying users who can park calls for each other on a dedicated extension.

A maximum of 100 call park locations can be configured on an Avaya Cloud Office solution. Parked location keys are automatically added to all allocated devices of members of the same call park group.
