Delete a custom role to permanently remove this role from Avaya Cloud Office™. If you delete a custom role, Avaya Cloud Office™ automatically assigns users assigned to this role to the default role, which is the Standard (International) role by default.
Procedure
From the Admin Portal homepage, navigate to Users > Roles.
Click the custom role to delete.
Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the Overview for the selected custom role.
