Managing Call Park Location

About this task

You can manage call park locations by accessing and configuring park locations from the admin portal.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Portal.
  2. Click Phone System > Groups > Park Locations.

    You can see a list of all groups with their status and extensions.

  3. Click the park location group you want to configure
  4. Click Park Location Details.
  5. To change the Extension Number and Group Name, delete the number or name, then enter the correct information in the field.
  6. Click Save.
  7. To disable the group, click Disable below Status.

    A confirmation window is displayed.

  8. Click Disable.
