Add a direct phone number for a call queue. You can add the following direct number types to call queues:
Local number
Toll-free number
Vanity number
Procedure
Click Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.
Click the call queue to configure.
Click Direct Numbers > Add Direct Number.
Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the Add Direct Number window.
On the Select Numbers tab, from the Location list, select a location.
From the Number Type list, select the number type.
Do one of the following:
For a local number, select the state and area code, select the number, and click Add Numbers.
For a toll-free number, select the first three digits, select the number, and click Add Numbers.
For a vanity number, select the first three digits, type the rest of the number, and click Search, submit the CAPTCHA code, select the number and click Add Numbers.
Click Next.
On the Confirm Order tab, scroll down and select that you read the terms and conditions.
Click Next.
On the Order Confirmation tab, scroll down and click Done.
Avaya Cloud Office™ adds the direct phone number to the call queue.
