Deleting a call queue group

About this task

Delete a call queue group to permanently remove this group from Avaya Cloud Office™. To delete a call queue group, you must first disable it.

Note:

After you delete a call queue group, Avaya Cloud Office™ also deletes reports, greetings, rules, and recorded calls of this call queue group.

Procedure

  1. Click Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.
  2. Next to the call queue group to delete, click the More icon.
  3. Click Disable.
  4. In the Disable Call Queue window, click Disable.
  5. Next to the call queue group to delete, click the More icon.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. In the Delete Call Queue window, click Delete.
