Editing a custom role

About this task

Edit a custom role to change its name, description, or the permissions granted with this role.

Procedure

  1. From the Admin Portal homepage, navigate to Users > Roles.
  2. Click the custom role to edit.

    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the Overview page for the selected role.

  3. Click Edit.
  4. Edit the role name and description.
  5. In the Permissions section, select or clear the check boxes for the permissions.
  6. Scroll down and click Save.
