Configuring business hours for a call queue

About this task

Set the business hours for the call queue for 24 hours, 7 days a week, or configure custom business hours. Based on the Schedule settings, Avaya Cloud Office™ handles incoming calls in the same way or differently for work and after-hours.

Procedure

  1. Click Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.
  2. Click the call queue to configure.
  3. Click Call Queue Details > Settings.
  4. Under the Schedule section, click Edit.
  5. On the Schedule window, select one of the following options:
    • 24 hours, 7 days a week: To handle incoming calls the same way continuously.

    • Specific schedule: To handle incoming calls differently for your work and after-hours.

  6. For a specific schedule, configure the required days and times.
  7. Click Save.
