This procedure outlines the steps to subscribe to a saved report in the Avaya Cloud Office Analytics. It helps users generate and send performance reports through email.
Procedure
Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
Go to Admin Portal > Reports > Analytics > Subscriptions.
On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click the following tabs to generate the reports:
Performance Reports Subscriptions: Click to automatically generate saved reports and send them through email to recipients.
Business Analytics Subscriptions: Select the drop-down options from the STATUS, DELIVERY, and DASHBOARD sections to configure the report. Click Delete Subscriptions to delete the available subscriptions.
All subscriptions: Select the drop-down options from STATUS, DELIVERY, and DASHBOARD sections to configure the report.
Click the Create New tab to select the following subscription types:
Business Analytics Subscriptions
Performance Reports Subscriptions
In the Business Analytics Subscriptions, enter the following information to create a new subscription:
General information: Enter the subscription name, description, and select the dashboards.
File: Select the Excel file format.
Email Delivery: Select the time zone, start and end dates, frequency, and day of the month.
Note:
The option to select No End Date is available with a check box.
Email the report to: Enter the email address to send the report.
Click Create.
In the Performance Reports Subscriptions, enter the following information to create a new subscription:
General information: Enter the subscription name, select the report type, and save the report.
File: Select the file format from Excel and PDF.
Email Delivery Schedule: Select the frequency from monthly or weekly.
Email the report to: Enter the email address to send the report.
