Setting up a call queue audio while connecting

About this task

Set up audio that call queue callers can hear while connecting. You can select one of the following options as connecting audio:

  • Ringtones: For callers to hear ringtones.

  • Music: For callers to hear music. Under Select Music, select the required default tune.

  • Custom: To upload a custom .wav or .mp3 file from your computer. Click Browse and select the required file.

Procedure

  1. Click Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.
  2. Click the call queue to configure.
  3. Click the Greeting & Hold Music drop-down menu.

    Avaya Cloud Office™ displays the Work hours tab by default.

  4. Under Audio While Connecting, click Edit.
  5. On the Audio While Connecting window, under Set Audio, select and configure the required option.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Optional To set up audio for after-hours, click After Hours, and repeat steps 4 to 6.
  8. Click Save.
