As an administrator, you can manage the phones in your Avaya Cloud Office™ phone system. You can integrate the SIP-compatible phones or place an order to purchase Avaya deskphones directly from Admin Portal to create an inventory of phones.

You can then configure these phones to fit your organizational needs, assign them to specific Avaya Cloud Office™ users, or set them as common phones that everyone can use.

You can also assign Avaya Cloud Office Phone App to users without a physical deskphone.
