Meetings and recordings

Administrators can configure general video meeting settings and maintain archives of video meeting recordings. Avaya Cloud Office™ users can record meetings and store the recordings in Recording Management. The Meetings page displays the following details of the meeting recordings:

  • Host: The name of the meeting host.

  • Topic: The source of the recording.

  • ID: The meeting ID.

  • Start Time: The date and time when the recording was started.

  • Actions: The options to download and delete a recording.

Administrators can download these recordings and send them as email attachments to users if the attachments comply with the email size restrictions. Although administrators and users can modify meeting settings for recording, only administrators and group managers can lock specific features.
