Downloading performance reports

About this task

This procedure outlines the steps to download the performance reports after managing the parameters in the respective sections.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Reports > Analytics > Performance Reports.
  3. Click Calendar icon to select the duration.
  4. In the Queues and Users tab, click Download icon to download the report as Excel file and PDF file.
  5. In the Calls tab, click Download icon to download the report as Excel file and CSV file.
  6. In the Meetings tab, click Download icon to download the report as Excel file.
