Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Examine the PADMN36xx log entries that occurred before this entry to determine which table and what database errors have occurred. The errors should specify the type of problem that occurred and help determine the best course of action to take to fix the problem.
  2. Try rebooting the EPM. If the problem persists and the database appears corrupt, that is, the tables are missing or there are errors reading/writing the database, then restore it from backup.
  3. If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
