Problem description

{0} - Provides information about the purge.

{1} - The name of the directory that does not exist.

The Media Server maintenance utility deleted records from the following directories:

  • $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/records

  • $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/transcriptions

A problem could exist with the environment variable directory $AVAYA_MPP_HOME or with the directory $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs. Either the variable or the directory was not installed correctly or has been modified.

The system reported an error if it could not find either one of the above directories.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the environment variable directory $AVAYA_MPP_HOME points correctly to the Media Server installation directory.
  2. Verify that the log directory contains the records and transcription directories.
