Problem description
{0} - The name of the H.323 connection on the EPM.
{1} - The name of the private branch exchange (PBX).
{2} - The error message.
The SessionManager could not add a station to the PBX because the addition of stations exceeded the maximum number of stations allowed on the PBX.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
Go to the EPM interface.
On the H.323 Connections Web page, verify that the Phone Number and Password configurations are correct.
On the Media Server Web page, check the number that you entered in the Maximum Simultaneous Calls field.
Ensure that the number of stations that you plan to add to the PBX does not exceed the number that you entered in the Maximum Simultaneous Calls field.
If the configuration on the EPM interface is correct, compare the Port Distribution Web page on the EPM with the Telephony Web page on the MPP Service Menu to ensure that the information on both pages is in sync.
