Media Server Session Manager process
{0} - The CCXML message channel.
{1} - The error message.
The Session Manager could not get the channel object for the CCXML. This problem occurred due to one of the following reasons:
The Media Server installation was not completed successfully.
The Session Manager could not create or open a special file in the directory $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/tmp.
Before contacting Avaya Technical Support, reproduce the problem by setting the Session and CCXML tracing to Finest.
