Add EPM Server (page 1 of 2)
Use these pages to add an auxiliary EPM server to the Avaya Experience Portal system.
Note:
The Add EPM Server page allows you to add more than one auxiliary server.

Description |
Zone |
The name of the zone where the EPM server is configured. Select the name of the zone from the drop-down box.
Note:
The Zone drop-down box appears only when you create new zones. If you do not create any new zones, you do not see the drop-down box.

Name |
The name of the server running the Experience Portal Manager (EPM) software. |
Type |
The type is always auxiliary. You cannot change this filed. |
Host Address |
The hostname or IP address of the EPM server. |

Submits the name and host address to Avaya Experience Portal for verification. Avaya Experience Portal verifies the host address by attempting to contact the server at the given location. If it cannot contact that server, or if that server is not running the auxiliary EPM software, Avaya Experience Portal prompts you to correct the Host Address field entry and try again. When the connection is successful, Avaya Experience Portal displays the second Add EPM Server page. |
