Problem description
{0} - The Media Server process that stopped sending keep-alive messages.
The Media Server System Manager terminated the process because the process was not responding. The Media Server System Manager restarts the process if the maximum number of restart attempts has not been exceeded. This is an internal error.

Procedure
On the EPM, review log reports for additional errors that might have been reported by the process named in the event message.
On the Media Server, review logs for the process named in the event message for additional event or trace messages in the directory $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process.
