Problem description

{0} - The session ID.

The CCXML or vxmlmgr process could not respond to the SessionManager within an expected time frame. The SessionManager will terminate the session. This happens when the CCXML or vxmlmgr process encounters a problem when executing an application.

About this task

If this event occurs frequently, do the following:

Procedure

  1. Enable the following tracing:

    CCXML Browser = Finest

    SessionManager = Finest

    Voice Browser Platform = Finest

    All other Voice Browser categories = Finer

    All other categories = Off

  2. When the event occurs again, collect log files that are generated close to the time when this event is generated to avoid roll over of the log files. If you expect roll over to occur, modify the Media Server Settings for the Trace Logger to increase the Log File Maximum Size and Number of Logs to Retain.
  3. Send the log files to Avaya Technical Support.

Procedure

  1. From the Media Server, gather the event information in the SessionManager, CXI, and VB logs.
  2. Send the logs files to Avaya Technical Support.
