Problem description

The Media Server System Manager stopped unexpectedly and restarted automatically after it stopped.

This problem might have been caused by a power outage.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. On the Media Server, identify core files for Media Serversysmgr in the directory /tmp/core.
  2. If core files exist, use the getMedia Serverlogs.sh script to collect core and log files.
