Column

Description

Session ID

The ID for the sessions handled by this MPP.

Click the session ID to view the Active Calls page for the session.

Start Time

The date and time the session started.

Origination

The process that started this session.

State

The current state of the session.

Application

The name of the application associated with the session as configured on the EPM.

CCXML Process Name

The name of the CCXML process handling the session.

Displays:

  • Active Calls: The number of currently active calls.

  • Active Dialogs: The name of currently active VoiceXML dialogs.
