Avaya Experience Portal has configured the SIP proxy server using protocol: TLS.

Problem description

Media Server failed to make TLS connection to SIP proxy server.

{0} = Issuer, {1} = Subject, {2} = Reason for error.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Experience Portal certificate is added to the SIP proxy server.
  2. Verify that the Experience Portal link on the SIP proxy server is configured as TLS.
  3. Verify that Experience Portal is configured with a trusted certificate for SIP Connection.
  4. Restart the Media Server to re-sync the TLS connection.
