Problem description

{0} – The date when the license expired.

{1} – The time when the license expired.

{2} – The date when the grace period ended.

{3} – The time when the grace period ended.

{4} – The licensed product name.

The expiration date specified by the license for the specified product has expired. For subsequent failures, Information event PLICE00008 will be generated until the problem is resolved.

  1. Verify that the license for the specified product has expired.
  2. Renew the license for the specified product with Avaya.
  3. Contact Avaya Technical Support if the above actions do not fix the problem.
