Problem description

{0} - Process that entered the Degraded state.

The process listed in the event message is not operating at full capacity.

Stop and restart the Media Server.
If the process that was degraded is the SessionManager, review the port distribution on the EPM to ensure that all configured ports are in service.
Check the Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) or Text-to-Speech (TTS) (TTS) server configurations for reported problems.
If the process that was degraded is vxmlmgr, verify the status of all the application servers to ensure that they are operating properly.
If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
