The SessionManager encountered an internal error. The error is not fatal, but it might affect a caller’s session.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. If you encounter this error frequently:
    1. Reproduce the problem by setting the SessionManager tracing to Finest, and generating the log file.
    2. Contact Avaya Technical Support.
  2. If you encounter this error infrequently and the error does not affect the operation of the Avaya Experience Portal system, do the following:
    1. Gather the event information in the SessionManager logs on the Media Server.
    2. Forward the logs to Avaya Technical Support for future solutions.
