Use this window to change the priority of the applications on the Experience Portal system.
Experience Portal takes application priority into account if you have specified two or more applications whose assigned inbound called numbers or URIs overlap. When a call comes in that could be handled by one or more applications, Experience Portal launches applications in the order that they appear on this page.

Zone |
The Zone drop-down menu displays the list of zones that are configured on the system. Select a zone to filter an application on a zonal basis. |
Launch Type |
The Launch Type drop-down menu enables you to filter applications by launch type. The options are:
Voice, including VoiceXML, CCXML, CCXML/VoiceXML and any application types defined by managed application
SMS
Email
HTML

Application Launch Order |
This list box displays all the Inbound applications on the Experience Portal system.
Note:
Inbound Default and Outbound applications are not displayed because launch order is not applicable for such applications.
Click on any application to select it. |
Up Arrow icon |
Moves the selected application up one position. |
Down Arrow icon |
Moves the selected application down one position. |
