Cause
Some of the infrastructure expected by the underlying system have been faulty. This error code is generated for serious errors.
Solution
Procedure
- Check the configuration of the cloud ASR speech server and your cloud ASR speech server account.
- Check the log files at the following location to know what caused the error:
$AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/MediaMgr/EndPointMgr.log
$AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SessMgr/SessionManager.log
