Problem description

If this is an Information event, positive network changes occurred. For example, the network interface is UP or the network is now running full-duplex.
If this is an Error event, negative network changes occurred. For example, the network interface is down.

Procedure
Use the LINUX command ethtool or ifconfig to verify network configuration on the Media Server and to identify network errors. Use the ethtool command to modify network configuration.
Verify that network configuration on other network switches or remote servers, such as the speech servers, that are used by the Media Server are properly configured.
