Problem description
{0} - Error message.
The Media Server could not communicate with the System Manager. The System Manager might not be running. The Media Server logged this error event in the log files. This event was not sent to the Experience Portal Manager.

Procedure
Restart the Media Server daemon.
If the problem persists, restart the Media Server.
If you cannot correct the problem, contact Avaya Technical Support.

Before contacting Avaya Technical Support, reproduce the problem by setting the Management tracing to Finest.
