Problem description
The Primary EPM polls the MPP every 20 seconds to collect health and call status. If the EPM fails to poll within the allowed time period that is reported as parameter (0), the MPP logs that the EPM has missed a poll.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
If the error occurs:
During or soon after you restart or stop the EPM, ignore the event.
When the EPM is up and running, verify that the network connection between the EPM and the MPP is working.
Because the EPM is unable to reach the Auxiliary EPMs, and polling has slowed down, ignore the event.
