Problem description

{0} - The EPM name for the trunk.

{1} - The number of channels for the trunk.

{2} - The number of outbound channels for the trunk.

Session Manager detected invalid settings for the number of channels for the SIP trunk.

Proposed Solution

About this task

The EPM is designed to prevent invalid configuration for a SIP Connection.

If this error occurs, do the following:

Procedure

  1. Delete the SIP connection on the EPM.
  2. Add the SIP connection again on the EPM.
  3. Contact Avaya Technical Support if disconnecting and reconnecting the SIP connection does not resolve the problem.
  4. Create a database backup for the Avaya Experience Portal system.
  5. Send the database backup to Avaya Technical Support for analysis.
