Problem description
{0} - The name of the TTS provider.
The Session Manager could not create the TTS provider object from the file $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/bin/mrcptts.so because this is an invalid TTS provider shared object.

Reinstall the Media Server.
If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.

Before contacting Avaya Technical Support, reproduce the problem by setting the Session and CCXML tracing to Finest.
