Procedure

  1. Verify that the times displayed on the application server and the EPM are synchronized.
  2. Use Network Time Protocol (NTP) to perform time synchronization on the application server and the EPM to ensure that the times on the servers are in sync. For information about performing time synchronization using NTP, see the Avaya Experience Portal installation manual you used when you installed your system.
